This group is outstanding. My move was difficult with being on 3rd floor with no elevators. They were quick, professional, & super friendly. All I had to do was direct them where to put my stuff! As a property manager, I work with many different vendors and service providers. I can honestly say True Move Movers absolutely went above and beyond for my client and I.
Their team drove from Phoenix to Lake Havasu City to safely transport an extremely valuable, commercial size, 200-pound ice maker. Upon arrival, they took on the additional task of moving well over 100 pieces of patio furniture—all in 115-degree heat.
It was an extremely long day, starting at 7:00 in the morning and not returning to Phoenix until close to 5:00 pm. Through it all, the crew was patient, professional, careful, and genuinely pleasant. Not once did I hear a complaint. They worked incredibly hard, kept smiles on their faces, and treated both the property and every item with the level of care I expect when working in my clients’ homes.
When I hire a company on behalf of a client, their work is also a reflection of me and my business. Having vendors I can trust is especially important. True Move Movers exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them directly to my clients and fellow contractors.

We moved here from Washington state we used a company to ship our belongings.  True Movers were there to unload the trailer.  I cannot begin to tell you what incredibly awesome job they did. Not only did they do a great job, the team was extremely friendly knew what they were doing, handled all Our furniture, boxes and bins with respect and care. They were very honest and had a lot of integrity. I would highly highly recommend this company. The owner was very helpful in every way possible! Could not be happier with the service True Move provided today. They plastic wrapped everything, put on corner pads for dressers and stands, and wrapped the mattresses for us. The guys were super respectful and courteous, saying excuse me and thank you sir, listened to exactly what we needed, and were even running back and forth between the truck and house with smiles on their faces like they were having a fun workout. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone. I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this was one of the better experiences I’ve had in a while.
