I don’t write reviews often, but had to in my experience with this company. We were in a unique situation when it came to our moving needs. Called and we were quoted all over the map with several companies until I got ahold of Jason and True Move. If you’re looking for complete transparency, no hidden bs fee’s, complete professionalism and a quality, honest moving company, this is it. These guys did everything they said they would. Showed up on time, worked efficiently, quick and carefully. The crew was very professional, polite and respectful. If you’re looking for an honest company to trust with your moving needs from a completely no bias customer, I choose these guys everytime.

Super professional and super fast. They weren’t bothered in the least that we were a smaller job. They were polite and do a great job and we really appreciated their flexibility with us and prioritizing us even though we weren’t a large move. Would use over and over.

This was my first time using a moving company and I have to say Jason made the process so easy. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and sent out Ryan and Ronald who were magnificent. They worked efficiently , took care of my items and were very friendly. Next time I need a moving company I'm definitely reaching out again.

I've moved every two years for the past decade, and each time, researching and hiring movers has been a daunting task. I've had some terrible experiences with movers in the past—late arrivals, movers who seemed impaired, slow and careless handling. However, Jason and his team at True Move were a complete breath of fresh air! They came highly recommended by a previous client of mine, and now I understand why. True Move was punctual, efficient, and professional. They arrived on time with a team of three—two movers and one organizer—who swiftly and carefully got everything done. They even wrapped items like my washer and dryer, which I had never seen before! These guys don't waste time; they practically sprinted back and forth to their truck. Despite the scorching 110-degree heat on moving day, they remained positive, eager to assist, and worked tirelessly. Jason, the owner, even stopped by with two more guys to help with unloading, making it a team of five working seamlessly for an hour. True Move truly exemplifies what it means to be an A+ company. I am beyond impressed and have already started recommending them to my own clients. If you're looking for movers, I cannot recommend True Move highly enough!

These guys are legit! Every single mover was great!!! They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and were all motivated to get the job done as quick as they could, while still taking care of our things. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed where I’d hoped it would go! Not only that, but all 4 guys were positive and in an up beat mood while doing such hard labor!!! I will definitely be referring friends and family to Tru Move!!! I have had a few poor moving experiences prior to this - I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ever been happy with my moving services. And I’m not just happy, I’m thoroughly impressed!!

Honestly, The Best. Continuous communication and responsiveness. Quick, nice, great smiles even in a 108 degree day, can’t complain.
